Before calling for service, we recommend that you do the following:

  1. Check to see if your pump has power, and check your breaker box to see if a breaker has been tripped.
  2. Make sure that wastewater is getting to your grinder pump basin. If no wastewater is getting to your grinder pump tank, you likely have a clog and should call a plumber to fix the issue.
  3. Wait 15 minutes after the alarm sounds to see if the pump is able to resolve the issue on its own and the alarm turns off.

We have had these folks out several times over the past 10 years to help us limp along until we finally had to have our grinder pump completely replaced and they have been fabulous throughout the entire process. Never trying to upsell. Helping us get the most out of the original pump. Always here quickly. I can't recommend them more.
