Grinder pump alarm started going off on Sunday morning. Called Covalen’s 1800 number left message to call us Monday morning. They called back within a couple hours, told us how to turn alarm off and scheduled a time to come out Monday. Showed up Monday provided excellent service, no hiding fees or unexpected expenses. Very straightforward and honest.

Rick drove all the way from Indianapolis to provide his expert services first thing in the morning. He ran all necessary tests and was very thorough in both his work and explanation. Our grinder pump alerted us with an alarm! Not happy to investigate the alarm only to find out that our grinder pump was out. He was on another call headed to Louisville but maintained communication with us! Leslie, Jordan and Rick had our 24 year old pump replaced the next day! Leslie followed up with warranty info! My husband and I were so thankful for this company and Nick the sales rep for helping us out. He spent time talking to my husband after a horrible experience with another company. He also responded to my questions and emails even after close once I came home from work. What the other company wanted to charge about $5,000 for, we were able to get parts fixed on a still perfectly good pump (eone septic pump we use for our system). Everyone was super professional, kind, helpful, and honest. The job was able to get completed for about $700 instead and saved us tons of money. We were back up and working in just a few hours! I can not say how thankful we are that we found out about your company and we will be back when the pump needs its service check in 7 years. A+ service!
