Service Performance Plan Overview
With our Service Performance Plan you will receive an annual 12-point equipment inspection and diagnostic check of your grinder pump that includes:
- Visual inspection of the alarm and disconnect panel for damage or water intrusion
- Tightening of all internal wiring and terminals in your control panel and inspection for abnormal conditions.
- Visual inspection of the grinder pump lid and protective shroud for damage or water intrusion.
- Opening the station lid and inspecting the dry access way for water intrusion and debris.
- Testing pump electrical connections in the access way.
Operating the pump and testing for:
- Correct voltage
- Proper operating amperage
- Proper on/off operation of level controls
- Proper visual and audible alarm operation
- Proper pump performance measured in gallons per minute
- Visual inspection of internal pump discharge point for leakage
- Verify internal wiring, pump extraction device, and specialty controls are all in their proper locations and secured in place.
Upon the completion of the inspection, Covalen Service Center will provide a written report on station operation and any recommendations for service, repair, or site conditions that were found to be needed.
With our Annual Service Performance Plan you will also receive a 10% discount on all non-warranty repair parts.
